1981 Ford Fairmont Futura. Fairmont’s are built on the same platform as the fox body mustang making parts readily available.
This Fairmont started as a one owner 6cyl car that was in great shape to start with. Car was completely stripped down and built into a nice street car. Car has a built 302 with a C4 2500 stall converter and manual valve body. 8.8 rear end with 3.55 posi.
Has 5 lug conversion with disc brakes all around. has cold A/C 134c Conversion and hot heat along with a nice stereo and bluetooth. Car has been completely rewired. Car was repainted in the original color and retains the original vinyl top in great shape. pinstriping is painted not a decal.
Interior was completely redone in black with new carpet. new upholstery and headliner. took it to a few car shows and it recieved 2 top 25 awards in shows with over a hundred cars.

I have a nice 1983 Cutlass Supreme I use regularly. It is very solid with a touch of rust at edge of hood. It has a built 350 with a th350 trans w/2400 stall. Also the rear-end has been upgraded to a Mosier 12 bolt with 355 gears($4k). It runs and drives great. The engine is an older build with World big valve cast heads, cam, headers etc. I would put some cash with my Gbody Cutlass for your Fairmont.
