1980 Ford Fairmont
Great hobby car. Lots of potential for a modern classic. Needs work but complete with lots of extra hard to find parts. Body straight, no accidents. I have new taillights not yet installed. This Ford Fairmont has new F/R glass.
The car has the correct front NOS vent windows/handles in the trunk that needs to be installed. The ones shown in the pictures on the car are incorrect and were mistakenly obtained from a later model Ford LTD II. The car has new tires, new carpet, headliner, door weatherstripping and other rare NOS parts still in box, too many to list. I also have a collection of various owner/repair manuals.
This car does not currently run, condition of engine/transmission unknown. I have not taken the time yet to see what is needed to get it back in running condition. The engine turns over but has not been driven since 2014.
This car is equipped with the three speed C3 automatic transmission, the tried and true straight six 200CID/3.3L. This car is a federal emissions car (49 state). My plans were to have both engine/trans. gone through. This car has new gas tank and refurbished fuel sender unit.
This car is sold as is and will not be parted out. Vehicle being sold as complete vehicle. I just don’t seem to be able to make the time to finish the car and I do not want it to be a yard ornament. Please, serious buyers only. I have a dismantled/salvaged title with a bill of sale that is needed to obtain new title and registration. This car is from Arizona. An ADOT inspection is needed inf Bullhead city in Arizona for new title and registration to be obtained.
